His Eminence John Cardinal Onaiyekan, Archbishop Emeritus, alongside Uche Odozor, Founder and CEO of Diplomatic Village Abuja, joined global academics and thought leaders at a recent seminar on the prevention of environmental injustice held in Indiana, United States.
The seminar, hosted by the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame, convened distinguished participants including Prof. Scott Appleby, Fr. Emmanuel Katongole, Prof. Stan Chu Ilo, and Fr. Emmanuel Ojeifo.
Discussions focused on the growing challenge of environmental injustice and its disproportionate impact on vulnerable communities worldwide. Participants examined the intersection of social, economic, and environmental factors, highlighting the need for coordinated and cross-sectoral responses.
